Go Green with Greencliff and our refreshing kiwi juice

Cool down this summer with our refreshing Kiwi & Lime Juice

Ingredients
> 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
> 1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water
> 8 small kiwi fruit
> 1/3 cup (80ml) lime juice (from 3-4 limes)
> 1/2 cup mint leaves
> 2 cups ice cubes
> 1 cup (250ml) sparkling water or sparkling wine


Instructions
> In a large heat proof jug, dissolve 1/2 cup  caster sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water then place in fridge to chill (30min) 
> Peel & roughly chop 8 kiwi fruit, combine with the cooled syrup, 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/2 firmly packed cup mint leaves & 2 cups ice cubes then blend until smooth. (Visit Amazon for a wide range of affordable blenders)
> Pour mix into a large jug or divide evenly in tall glasses. Top up with 1 cup sparkling wine or sparkling water. Serve and garnish with extra mint. TIP: Add a dash of honey for a sweeter taste.
