Healthy Easter home made recipes

We have found a relatively healthy way to create a chocolate treat for your loved ones this Easter - Chocolate dipped fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 150g Cadbury Melting Chocolate (White, Milk or Dark)
  • Grapes
  • Apples
  • Figs
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Any type of berry (rasberries, strawberries, mulberries, blueberries, etc)

Directions

Step 1: Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place choc melts into a heat-proof bowl.

Step 2: One-third fill a saucepan with water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Place chocolate bowl over saucepan (don't let bowl touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.

Step 3: Dip one-third of the cleaned cut fruit (no need to cut berries or grapes just clean) into the chocolate. Place onto tray. Repeat with other coloured chocolate. Refrigerate to set.

Step 4: Lick the bowl

Tip: You can double dip once set with other coloured chocolate or do patterns  (dots or lines). Ok its not 100% healthy!
