Facade evokes bygone charm


The scaffolding at new development Dulwich Green has come down to reveal the unique design of the facade ahead of its completion in September. Designed by the Haralambis Group and Candalepas Architects, the stylish facade pays homeage to the masonry heritage of the inner west. It is made of robust materials that are designed for low maintenance that will endure over time but still maintain its charm.

The architectural qualities don't stop at the facade, with brick lined lobbies & a sun-filled landscaped courtyard which separates the two buildings.

Greencliff executive director David Butt said that while the architecture was a drawcard, the views spanning from Botany Bay to the Blue Mountains & the CBD, as well as quality interiors were a special inclusion for buyers. "This strong architectural building brings a much-needed integrity to Dulwich Hill and introduces a strong & enduring presence," he said.

"Dulwich Green has timber floors throughout, Bosch appliances, high ceilings, ducted air conditioning along with contemporary interiors."

Of the 77 apartments released, there are 15 still available, $745,000 for a one-bedroom apartment & $1,250,000 for a three-bedroom unit.

Building structures have now been completed. Windows have been installed to over one half of units. Tiling and well as external painting is well underway. Courtyard planters have been constructed.
We would also like to announce that “Dulwich Green” will be connected to the NBN and the NBN has committed to fibre to each individual unit distribution board with CAT 5 distribution within each unit. This is a great benefit and advantage for owners and occupants of Dulwich Green.
Subject to the Contract for Sale of Land we anticipate that completion will be in approximately late August / September 2017 and we will continue to update you.

Great news our Dulwich Green apartments will now be NBN ready for you when you move into these brand new apartments!

The building structure has been completed and lifts are underway and substantially completed.
Internal fit out including internal walls, ceilings, glazing, plumbing and electrical services are substantially underway.
Tiling and waterproofing have started.

Construction has reached the top floor with completion still expected in September/October 2017. The works are now being completed on the interiors of the apartments.

Update 27/10/16

Construction is well underway and has reached the halfway mark with completion expected in September/October 2017.
The works have currently reached Level 2 with Levels 3, 4 and roof remaining to complete the structure.
The courtyard trees have been purchased and are being established offsite.
